I got my 210 AA auto-sampler repaired at the BUCK Scientific, East Norwalk technical center, and I received a FREE upgrade on my 230 ATS spectrophotometer instrument. Great AA! We have been using the Model 210 AA for over six years now for sodium analysis and it has worked great! Very little maintenance and near zero downtime. Thee only thing we have to do is replace the bulb every six months or so, but we are a continuous operation facility so we don't ever shut the instrument off. We will definitely continue to use Buck Sci. for our AA needs.

We started using a 205 AA from Buck about one year ago. We have had a great experience with it, it's so complete that you forget all modern equipment. The system is intuitive and so easy to use that any technician can use it. Sensitivity is still very good with some fixings.

We purchased a 205 AA from Buck about two years ago. We have had nothing but great success with it. The system is rugged and perfect for our use- primarily in an undergraduate teaching lab. Despite its durability, the sensitivity is still more than adequate for the advanced projects in our upper level analytical labs. Great performance at a great price. Sales and technical staff were both very responsive during and after the acquisition process. Both knowledgable and willing to help out novices like myself in the technique to determine which add-ons fit our needs. Great experience and I would look to them first in the future when looking to purchase another AA.

Thanks to Buck scientific for the 12 years of great service. I bought my first 210 aa in 2000 and lots of accessories over the years and never had any problems. I just bought a new 210 to update with the times.  PS thanks Dan Sobin For All the help 

We bought our first 210 instrument in the late 90's and added a second instrument soon after which was set up as a graphite furnace AA. The AA has analyzed over 175,500 samples and is still going strong. The GF instrument has analyzed more than 10,100 samples and is still going strong.
