I am restoring a Buck 210 AA. This is my first experience with a Buck instrument. I am very happy with the quality of the instrument, even after many years of use. (All of my previous AA experience has been with PE). The technical and logistic support Buck gives to even a small customer with an old instrument is outstanding .... very impressive.

We purchased a 205 AA from Buck about two years ago. We have had nothing but great success with it. The system is rugged and perfect for our use- primarily in an undergraduate teaching lab. Despite its durability, the sensitivity is still more than adequate for the advanced projects in our upper level analytical labs. Great performance at a great ... GREAT EXPERIENCE, STRONG SUCCESS!!

We ordered this AA a month ago and just got training today (10-8-19). Cuong Nguyen was the man who trained us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The training went great and he gave us all what we needed to be able to start running samples today. The AA is very user friendly, and gave very accurate results. Thru the whole process, Buck Scientific has had great customer service. I would recommend purchasing from Buck Scientific to anyone considering purchasing an AA.

Ready to go, out of the Box, with 2 minor exceptions. Documentation on Waste Bottle (in lieu of Loop), was not documented well, creating Burner Sensor Red Light issue, and the Printer Driver needed to be deleted, and re-installed before Printer would Print, otherwise we look forward to years of productive use. Called for Support, when Burner Sensor Light would not extinguish. The service manager Cuong immediately responded back, while "Off Site" and helped me resolved the issue very quickly. Thank you for the great customer support.

Buck Scientific AAS is one of its best equipment. It is very simple to understand the operation. Changing of hollow cathode lamp is a simple task compared to others. It gives accurate and reliable results within a short interval.
