I bought the steamroller years ago from a smoke shop and absolutely loved It. I owned it for about three years and then my husband broke it. I looked it up and found the company and ordered it and 10/18/21. it was out of stock when I ordered it so I understand it’s gonna take a while but I have not received any notification. I’m hoping it makes it before Christmas regardless the quality is amazing. So I’m hoping for a good outcome I’ll keep you posted. so I’m only putting three stars could be a five star depending on the outcome.🤞🏽

Like everyone else I’ve been crunching Christmas shopping. I ordered a dab rig for a family member in a specific color. I received a phone call!( not just a message! A human called me!) indicating there was a problem with my order. My color choice was no longer available. There were other colors however…. My response was “ the same price?” ( was I being “squeeze-played? was the thought going through my mind)…The response was no, no extra .. I was pleased! I love my lava lamp "Groovy Tube Dab Rig" bong, it's even better than I was expecting. It hits well & is just very cool to look at. Having smoke filling it gives it an even cooler look. I can't say enough good things about it. It's well made & the glass is fairly thick. If I could change one thing, then I'd like the downs stem to be removable, mostly because I just dropped another bong that had one. Everything survived but that attached down stem. My fault though, so I still give the bong 5 stars. Brothers With Glass has excellent customer service as well and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Grabbed 2 pieces from y’all so far, first one smokes like a dream, second piece I ordered was out of stock, so they sent me a text and swapped out my piece for a new design. Bud made it hassle free and so easy. 10/10 customer service. I’ll definitely be buying more pieces from here!

This order was a great example of why I love ordering my pieces from BWG. I had my piece stolen and the re order I did to replace I wasn’t feeling the version they sent so they did a no hassle exchange sent me pics of the replacement piece before shipping out and couldn’t be happier with the final product. Good Prices and a lot of very nice pieces to choose from. A 1 first class online head shop. I received one piece I didn't like and returned it with no problem.

I bought a bubbler from them and the glass is top quality, limited in instructions for first time users but a quick google search fixed that. Had a minor shipping issue/inquiry which they responded to quickly and fixed asap, will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to everyone. Package was also shipped discreetly as well as well packaged. Lots of styrofoam and bubble wrap.
