Ordered a piece on 12/31, it is now 1/19. Order was never shipped, customer service claimed it was picked up, but USPS cannot find any record of item being picked up. Customer service has since stopped responding to emails. No refund and no product.

I just discovered the liberty 503 cannabis pipe and I am blown away. I got the wolf pattern and it’s fumed so it changes color but it’s done so well I really like it only could’ve been done with brothers from glass. I’ve checked the market and nothing is this nice Fan for life

This is my first time using brothers with glass. I like their products they’re high-quality and the price is cheap compared to their competitors. I noticed sometimes they don’t have very good reviews. I don’t know why, but my first order was good and I put a second order in and it’s looking so good so far.

Seriously the best customer service ever. I was so trepidatious about getting another liberty deepcarve because I had one previously and what if it wasn’t as pretty right? These guys went out of their way to through the kraken liberty spoons for my nostalgic particular a** to find the one with the most tentacles and lightning and I could not have been more blown away with how beautiful it is! And the lack of whales! Seriously tho, this was the fulfillment of a birthday wish helped by strangers. I felt like a bother asking and the girl I spoke to was so cool about it. Took a bit to arrive, but they were great with communication and I do live on the other side of the country. Thanks again y’all!

I love it. It's more beautiful than in the photo. Perfect size for me. I would buy this again and definitely recommend. It took about 5 days to get to me after i ordered. though I didn't receive any shipping confirmation so I didn't know when it was shipped or on its way. The mailman threw that box at my door, and it was safe inside the packaging.
