My automatic 3/12 supply of Vital 3 was suddenly discontinued without notification after many years. It was impossible to get online support as no one replied to my emails so I had to phone from Australia to get reinstated. I was told everything was now in order and my next shipment would be sent to me early May. It is now the 15th and I have not received any notification that my supply has been shipped. The customer support is very poor. I have been using this product for more than 10 years.

I have received numerous emails from you about orders I have never made or paid for and when I reply using the email address from you website, not the emails I've received all I get it this kind of email. Please clean up your act, I will never purchase from you directly because I have three Visa cards cancelled in one year, thanks to your lax computer security.
