I took this sodium ascorbate decades ago per the instructions of a physician who has died. I stopped the large doses when i got pregnant. Over the decades my symptoms returned and we found an article the doctor had written before the internet. Luckily another physician posted it and I started taken 20 grams of sodium ascorbate daily. In this first month, after about 10 days my symptoms started improving. I will definitely continue to take the Bronson sodium ascorbate which is what he had recommended.

I am an admirer of Dr Linus Pauling, so while reading his book, "How to Live Longer and Feel Better," I was surprised to read his recommendation of a Bronson vitamin-mineral formula. I love their supplements, they are reasonably priced, they come in bottle of more than a months worth most of the time. They also have a lot of "pills" vs "capsules" and I like that since pills are much easier for me to swallow than caps. The only con is their website. I have a lot of trouble navagating and reading about the supplements. I will still do my best to use the web site and if I need to, I will call and get the info I need. I would never stop using these because of the web site.
