I have seen a few reviews that say that the customer service of BHD is terrible but I have to say that they went above and beyond to help me! I had some inshore credit from years and years ago that was lost in the system and they found it and quickly sent me a gift card to that value. The shoes I ordered were excellent quality and fit perfectly! 100% satisfaction! :)
