They do ship! The have many stores on the islands. Not just one.

It takes a week after ordering before they ship the dress, customer service is very slow to respond then makes promises they don't keep, and the quality of the fabric of the dress is very flimsy especially for the price. I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed all the way around.
