Make it easier to contact you if there is a problem. I had a fault and was not able to find a contact to go to.

The only thing that would make it better would be if you hand delivered the item & then took me out to dinner.

Very disappointed do not have the items. Should have received on Monday & told by Australia post tracking its going to be another week. Not happy especially when I rang birds nest & no one answers the phone either. Ordered the clothes to wear to a work dinner & they are going to arrive after the dinner has already been. Ver disappointed

The feel of both these items are amazing. When they arrived I tried them on straight away - they were soooo comfy I decided to wear them for the rest of the day as they looked and felt so good. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

EXCHANGE PROCESS DELAYS- I had to return the one of my articles for a smaller size. At the time I advise BN that I wanted to do this there were sizes available. I sent my package the same day and now find put I've missed out. I've sent emails querying refund process but have not had a response.

Lovely summer weight dress. Very flattering even on a fuller figure. Wish there were more colours or fabrics in this style.
