This is the second time I've had questions and reached out to customer service. I generally hesitate to reach out to customer service because many times, you don't really get any help. I am glad to report that Bioray is a welcome change! They answer quickly and efficiently and are really helpful. Great products, excellent customer service!

I had a problem with my package not moving out of California so I messaged the company to checkon it. The representative messaged me back within a couple of hours to let me know he had checked on it and was going to leave himself a reminder to check on it first thing in the morning. This representative went above and beyond with his job and that says a lot about what kind of company this is.
