Amazing service! We accidentally bought pedals with a 4mm extra width and the team at bikeshoes. com reached out to correct this for us. They even informed us that most riders don't need the extra 4mm and that the standard size is best for most people. I also ordered extra cleats without knowing the pedals came with a set and they were able to help me save on that order as well.

Great service. Ordered pair that was too small. Easy return. In reordering proper size, accidentally ordered two pair at once which was not intended. Customer service was able to adjust the order before it processing and made it a non-issue. And I love the BOA feature on my shoes!

I have had to try 3 pair of road shoes before I got the pair that fits the best. A good experience as bikeshoes sent my shoes quickly and I could return the ones that didn’t fit at no charge. Excellent service and answers from real people to my questions.

I have extra wide feet and needed shoes with a wide toe box. Fit is really important. Bikeshoes. com allowed me to try different shoes and return no questions asked for free if they didn't fit. Doing this allowed me to find the right shoes. On top of that the prices were great. Two thumbs up!

I also ordered a second size at their recommendation. The shoes arrived very quickly. I did my research to find a great wide bike shoe but couldnt find wide local to me. So from across the country came my cycling shoes. Teo surprises, the box arrived with zero damage and the Lake CX177 actually fit! Bikeshoes. com has an excellent selection and return policy i can love with just in case you have big hard to fit feet
