I love the collars we purchased. They are excellent quality and exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed with the time it took to fulfil the order. Product was ordered on December 6th and was not fulfilled/shipped until January 3rd. The website indicated when I ordered that I should receive the products in time for Christmas (my dogs gifts from Santa). Still recommend the seller and hopefully this can be rectified for others.

Great service and communication. Each piece is handmade after you place your order. There isn't a long wait time. Very prompt and speedy service.

Good service, even with the Canada Post strike

I wish the delivery was via fedex or purolator, it is stuck in a mail strike and i have moved from Canada to Australia

Great as always

I ordered a collar on September 7, and as of October 21 I have still not received it. I have emailed Big Paws regarding the status of the order and have not received a response. Deeply disappointed.

I bought two for my golden and am on my third one for my Aussie, (she has been accidentally left alone with it in her chewing reach and destroyed it) but replacing it yet again is worth it. The size options are awesome and the handmade quality is great. Oh and the “wiggle bumz” tag is the cherry on top. They are hand made so take a while to get to you sometimes. And if you order multiple items they may come at different times. It looks like both have been shipped but they may not be due to the handmade nature of the products. They aren’t the best at shipping communications but they do get back to you when you reach out. The wait’s worth it. Best collars ever. (The non-martingale collar).

Awesome collars, especially the Martingale collars, are so worth every penny! I have purchased these through Global Pet Foods and here on the Bigpawshop. My chocolate lab has had about 5 of these now (he is 8) and they last forever. He has broken off sooo many other martingale collars before so this is my go to. PLUS, the themes are so cute. I highly recommend these collars!
