I have spent a fortune on this stuff, but it is not replaceable with anything else. It tastes terrible, but I switched back to the liquid which works well in a shake as long as you include coconut milk which blends into an emulsion. I put a little Stevia or honey and chug it. I use Kachava powder that only requires water for the mix. Pretty complete nutrient field! Shipping is the problem.

I have tried a lot of different protein shakes, before finding Genesis METABOLISM-BOOSTING POWERFOOD SHAKE I was using Garden of Life Raw Protein and greens Organic Plant formula, which is perhaps the next best thing. The advantage of Garden of life products is that they are available in the health food stores. But I have to say that first I like that Synchro formulas are not sweet, they taste good, and after drinking them I feel different, I feel the goodness spreading through my body and giving me energy and my body likes the feeling, craves it, I look forward to that shake every morning. My body knows what it likes best. So because of that, I deal with the ordering by mail and shipment to the stateside PO Box and the long drive to pick it up. It is worth the extra effort. It really is an excellent product.

I love Synchro Genesis. It makes me feel so energetic and healthy! My 18 year old daughter drinks it daily with me too. I give it a four star rating because the delivery is slow! I’m even on automatic shipments but it takes several days for the product to arrive and when it makes such a difference in my life, I miss those days without it!

We live it! I am 56 and love to run! I have benefited from soreness as joint discomfort after runs! My girls take for menstral cramps and it works! My other daughter is a D1 athlete and reports much relief from muscle soreness after workouts. It’s an acquired taste. I like it with a milk chaser.
