As the salesperson Marco said when he convinced me to purchase this tires instead of the new ones, the tires suppose to be professionally take of vehicle and to be in very good shape and not being driven,instead i receiver cracked tires with heavy wear and uneven surface that will cause heavy noise and vibration, now the costumer support won't send me a shipping label and requires me to pay for the return which will be around $90 to $100. I'm very disappointed and buyers be aware before buying tires from This company

Never received my order, confirmed by FedEx and have tried to get a refund several times. The wait is always 20+ minutes and I never get a call back when I "hold my place in line".
