The buying experience was nice. I was assisted well and the people were pleasant. One thing still bugs me though. It's that you should know where exactly it is and what it is you're looking for because there isn't a clear sign (except for the other "Ben" business in the front) where it is. We had to look around until a guard asked us what we were looking for. :D
