After over a month of use
4.5/5 No problems as of late. Very satisfied with the laptop. Unit is running great and after sales service has been good. The battery life is nowhere close to advertised though. It lasts up to about 2 hours to 2 and a half. Performance on games is good for the stock ram and storage, will be upgrading soon. Fan noise is acceptable for a gaming laptop. No problem with the temperature, too. Overall great buy. Unfortunately I am not allowed to do hardware upgrades myself since it would invalidate the store warranty.

Like any other customer we were doubtful at first with the lower prices compared to other stores - so we visited the store itself up north. We were not dissapointed. The staff is very accomodating and kind! And they are very understanding of your needs; I had a flight several days after so I needed my purchase to be delivered asap and they were very considerate! Despite the busy Friday/Saturday deliveries of their logistics team, they still pushed through. Loved it and I'd definitely consider BenStore again. Note: The product is tested in front of you both in-store and on-delivery. You go through everything; specs, keyboard, sound, graphics, internet etc. 10/10

bought my ASUS ROG Strix SCAR II GL504GW-DS74 (RTX 2070) last feb. 23, 2019 at Benstore, so far the unit is fine. ginagamit ko for 3D modeling and programming, very smooth user experience compared to my last working station, di sya nag la-lag lalo na sa 3D modeling. price is great for its class, di sila magkalayo ng price sa amazon compared sa price sa mga malls which is Php 25K+ more expensive at siguradong FACTORY SEALED yung Product not opened (for Store Pick-up).
