Zack did an awesome job at helping me figure out the 4 four post lift that fit my needs. He went above and beyond trying to get the best deal he could get with the accessories i wanted. I would recommend Bendpak as an excellent company to deal with and ask for Zack to get the deal done. I can't wait to get the unit delivered and setup.

Customer support with a older lift
I acquired an older Bendpak scissor-style car lift and needed help identifying it so I could order parts to repair the lift cylinders. I E-mailed customer support and Catherine Nyhagen replied to my E-mail the next day requesting pictures of the lift. I sent her the pictures and the next day the lift was identified and Catherine sent me the owner manual. I was blown away by the help I received and how quick and great the communication was. I will be adding a 4 post lift to my shop and Bendpak will be the brand that I purchase. Thank you so much, Catherine.

Broken rubber pad
One of the pads on my lift cracked and broke in half. Was a little disappointed as I am not a commercial shop and replacement pad was $40. For a piece or rubberized plastic. I love the lift, but not the prices
