I have been trying to contact the support team via live message or over the phone. No answer from the support bot and I have been on hold for 45 minutes. I don't understand how a mattress company can be so "busy" as to not pick up the phone or have their robot respond to a request.

Bought one mattress and it did not work for us, was told they would take the return as long as we bought the ling mattress first. . . . now we are paying for two mattresses even though the queen was returned.

Wouldn't buy anything else. The best!

It’s been a couple months now since we got our new mattress. This is my second one I’ve got from Bed in a Box and my husband and I love it. Its great for your back and great for side sleepers.

Easy assembly, especially with two people. Comfortable mattress and nice platform. I wish it was a tiny bit taller so I could fit under-the-bed storage containers under it, but otherwise, very happy with this purchase.

First time customer of bed in a box and I have give everyone involved with my mattress purchase a double thumbs up. We were in so need of a new mattress we were actually sleeping on our recliners. The mattress is comfy and the firmness is great. The online purchase and the delivery was flawless. I recommend anyone to at least try one out for the price you won’t be disappointed.
