Never again. Have been purchasing for years for whole family. Never had a problem. First time package is lost, I had to chase up courier. They deemed package lost. Then I spent works on end emailing customer service with no help. Had to get PayPal involved. Thanks to PayPal I received refund. This took over 3 months. No help from customer service. Do yourself a favour and purchase from another website - yesstyle or stylevana.
