The reason I bought this thing was because it looked like it could stow away easily. Not only is it not easy to get the 3 inch width like it says it has online, but also when you fold the legs up, they have no way to stay up. They just fall if not perfectly balanced. I ended up having to buy velcro straps to prevent this.

I just assembled this! I weigh just under 300 lbs (5’7”), so I have a long way to go, but it felt so good to know that I can do 3 rows. No place but up from here!

My single concern is a very important one: there is no way to quickly disassemble or fold this item for storage. Once you build it, that's it. It takes up a lot of space and there is no way to quickly stow it as it does not come apart easily. This is a huge oversight. Not happy.

The Big Bar so far is pretty good, build quality seems pretty nice with a very grippy texture. I only put it together some days after I received it and then noticed some minor scratches and a hole in the rubber foot, presumably from shipping. BaseBlocks indicates on their website that they will cover damage only if reported within 48 hours, I did not realize that so keep that in mind. Also, when assembling be careful with left over manufacutring material, kind of dissapointing that this wasn't cleaned properly but I had about two teaspoons worth of small steel dust/beads fall out all over my floor. If you get this, don't vacuum metal up unless you have a shop vacuum - you'll want to sweep it up. I bought the Big Bar instead of the Big Bar Plus because of the ability to have it fold for a smaller footprint for condo living. However, two things to keep in mind 1. Folding isn't as easy as the promo videos shows, not particularly hard but not super fast or easy, so don't expect to fold and put it away each day without a bit of hassle and fighting the legs. 2. When folded, the metal directly contacts your floor, this seems like a massive oversight on BaseBlocks part. They advertise using the Big Bar on fancy wood floors. However, if you fold this, the rubber feet that make the bar float off the ground are no longer keeping the metal from contacting your floor and you will scratch and mess up your wood floor. I used some felt pads to mitigate this, but you'd think they would have put rubber feet on this and anticipated such.

i bought this with the intention that i would improve my pull-ups but have gained more much than that. i love how versatile the flip is because i continue to find new ways to challenge myself. definitely worth the investment, for anyone on the fence.

I purchased the mini bars to add range of motion and more pushing exercises to my calisthenics routine. They are sturdy, strong, and easy to adjust into different positions. I think they arrived within three days of ordering them, and I'm already seeing the benefits of using these bars. Super pleased with this purchase

Very sturdy setup with a nice wide pull up bar to work on grip strength as well. Love the quick height adjustment. Assembly instructions are vague and could use better detail and pictures. Shipping was very quick and the components were well wrapped but the pull up section arrived with a couple of small scratches and we had 2 incorrect sized screws. Customer service is working to correct this issue. Overall, I recommend Baseblocks if you are looking to add some equipment to your home gym.

The pull-up bar is sturdy and effective and hard to put together (as many other reviews have said).

Patients/clients cannot fit feet under the pads while wearing shoes. Height of foot pads is too short for those with larger legs. Post is not sturdy enough to use higher strength resistance bands to assist with exercises. Knob for pad adjustment height should be on the other side of the post, so you don't have to reach between a persons legs to adjust the pads.

I have the Flip and it’s helping me build pull up strength. I haven’t received the bands I ordered yet, weird the large item came first. I’m excited to get stronger. I wish the app had female trainers.

Great products, but received them a month after ordering… Wanted to gift it for a birthday, unfortunately it took way too long to deliver; I called and was told “You’ll receive it when we have it. ”

Its a good bar, but its not stable. Provisions for weights might be helpful, and it would he nice if the bar could go a few inches lower.

Where are the chucks? I am using this but there isn't much in the way for stability for any swinging. Overall the product is as described. Would use grip chalk

I had asked if these bands were compatible with the base bar flip. It would be nice to see how best to incorporate them.

I got delivered used scuffed up big bar pro with torn manual and screws in a ziplock bag with screws missing.

So far so good! Been using it for assisted pull ups and dips and also for rows. Havent used the app much yet. Mostly just going out back a few times a day to hit the bars. Thanks!
