Poor customer service
Ordered sauce & pumps and didn't receive the pumps. Emailed support several time & filled out online form but no response or refund.

I mean, the other recent reviews are already on it, but, the fulfillment is way too slow. It didn't used to be like this, pre-Odeko. Used to use Barista Underground exclusively when it would take 1-2 days to get something in upstate NY. Placed my current order on Thursday and it's still unfulfilled on Monday afternoon. We used to use the Cloosiv app before Odeko took that over, too. I order boba supplies from another company on Long Island and it's often to me in upstate NY the next day. They understand that they literally have one job - fulfilling shipments. Barista Underground, not so much.

Great products and prices, but unfortunately, slow fulfillment and delivery. Takes 2 -3 days for the order even to be fulfilled then shipped, which is not the speed my shop requires when we are in need of a product. Webstaurant is an excellent alternative because orders are fulfilled, shipped, AND received within 2-3 days. Barista Underground has also downgraded their customer service. They used to have a quick and convenient chat option that offered a friendly and quick resolution, but now you have to submit a form and wait for a response. It's unfortunate to see this company/website struggling in so many ways.

Disappointing
When we first started ordering, everything was great, but the last several orders have been so inconsistent that we’ve had to replenish through Amazon…spending more money…while waiting for product. Even when there is a problem like broken bottles that were never delivered, nothing was done until I contacted asking why product was taking so long. Even now when we’ve been waiting over two weeks, nothing is being expedited because of the inconvenience. The free shipping is no longer worth it when I’m waiting so long that I run out of supply while waiting and hounding for my orders to simply get a shipping label made. The only plus is the customer service I’ve had to contact way too frequently is always helpful and kind. Very disappointing to use a service like this for a business, and we are let down multiple times. We’ll be paying the monthly shipping rate at Webstaurant moving forward for their timeliness and consistency

1 warehouse is ruining your reputation
The products are great. The delivery is horrible and makes me need to look for a new vendor. One Warehouse delivers in about 4 business days. The other in 9. I just can't keep doing this.

Unreliable
Although they deliver great quality products it's not always garunteed that the product will arrive. One example, I ordered some syrup from them. It's been about 4 weeks and I still don't have it

I've made 2 orders using this website, which I chose for it's competitive pricing. The orders were shipped and received undamaged and as ordered. If I had a quibble it's that the shipping times are a bit longer than I'm used to with amazon, but I'm happy altogether since the price was lower.

I bought 15 items last Saturday with the help of my Virtual Assistant, but we made a mistake and got the wrong product, so today Sunday, I messaged Barista Underground guys, on Facebook, Instagram and on the website as well to expect they can see one of my messages on Monday and probably they could cancel my order, and here is where the magic came, couple hours after I sent the messages, I received an e mail from: Mark Diaz telling me this: Hi Maria, Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about the incorrect product. I’ve asked our team to cancel order 412016 and will keep you posted once it’s done. Really appreciate your patience! Best, Mark And I was amazed for the quick reply, on Sunday and canceled my order, well that's why I want you to give my ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ well deserved golden stars, thanks again for your quick help💯

The product is wonderful. I wish there was a differently delivery other than FedEx because the product gets damaged a lot. But your customer service is great so it makes up for it.

Very Frustrated with the website
I have no issues with the company, and have been purchasing from them for awhile. However, updates to their website have made it very difficult and for somethings, impossible to place a bilk order. Hoping this gets resolved soon as I cant be the only coffeeshop unable to order. I want to continue purchasing form them and not half to go elsewhere.
