Terrible I emailed three times and called and left a voicemail and no one responded to me. I was sent a $12 item instead of the $31 item. Unbelievable

It arrived quickly unfortunately I can't put the pieces together. There is a piece of plastic that seems broken. I could only use the bulb without the attachment. It worked that way at least but I would like to have the option to use it with the tube. I contacted support several days ago but I have not received any response

I do wish there were a way to get necessary replacement parts without buying more than I actually need.

Great customer service

I don't want to shame them publicly, but what is my recourse? I've emailed them 3 times in the past 10 days since receiving my shipment, containing the opaque bag when I ordered the more expensive clear one, and they have not responded. They have no phone number on their website. I want to like the product, but I haven't tried it yet because they won't get back to me about doing an exchange.
