Absolutely awful customer service. Since several emails and then messages through their support portal on the website and have never heard back was sent the wrong item and was just trying to get the correct item.

Wrong products were shipped. Still waiting to hear something from customer service support - it’s been 11 days and still nothing.

I received the wrong item and couldn’t get Aussie Health to fix the problem. I emailed four times detailing their error and never got any replies so I’m stuck with an item I didn’t need and paid for a different item that I wanted and don’t have. Very frustrated and do not recommend.
