A huge shoutout to the service a received a few weeks ago. The sales assistant provided me with expert advice, listening to the vision that I was trying to achieve. I was advised to introduce a different colour that I hadn't thought of to soften the look. Gosh the sales assistant was so right. I bought a throw rug, pillow covers and decorative cushions and everything just looks beautiful. Every time I look at it I am filled with joy!!! I just love it and recommend anyone to go in to the store and have a chat.

From start to finish the double purchase has been outstanding. Communication with Parris was excellent…prompt response, friendly and efficient. Also spoke with Anna Manager ( Hawksburn Retail Shop) extremely helpful. Despatch was within 24hrs of purchase. Timely tracking and delivery within 72hrs. Was tempted to buy one item significantly cheaper elsewhere, however reviews were questionable as was the definition of ‘Free Postage’. No hesitation in recommending Aura Homes and will repeat buy when the opportunity presents itself. 5 Stars !
