Excellent products, and receiving a hand-written “thank you” note is old-school (a very good thing) customer service.

The auto fill put wrong shipping address and i didnt notice till they already shipped product. I emailed took 4 days and 2 trys to get response. They refunded me to a gift card however didnt take into account the 10% discount on original order. so now im hoping to recieve another code for this review so that i can order all products from prev. order at same price so i can actually try product.
