I received my small green beetle bag today! I am in love with it as is my 5 year-old granddaughter. I cannot wait to wear it out somewhere.

I ordered a red beetle wristlet and received a coral orange one. Black one is great, well made but unless you want an unfortunate surprise just stick with black.

I own 3 bags. All were purchased at the same time. One is defective. The shoulder strap is defective on the round beetle bag I purchased. I contracted customer service several times since January and they finally said they would replace it. Tie MARCH and they have not and do not respond when contacted. Negative testimonials are hidden. Keep your money!!!!

I have never been treated as well as I am treated by Olga . The Physis Bag is exquisite. The leather is so very fine and the artwork is beautifully done. This does not look like anything but a very beautiful piece of art that is very well made, meaning sturdy yet elegant and creative artwork that does not come off on clothing. I buy my bags here first.

I have a round shoulder beetle bag that I purchased (1 of 4 gifts) the color was dark brown and the bags shoulder strap has faulty hardware (the claw hooks assembly disconnects) that causes the strap to disconnect from the body of the bag. I have sent you several emails since January 8th 2021. You replied back on January 18th that you would gladly replace the item and I never heard from you about the defective item again! It is now MARCH 2021. You have however, been sending me daily SALES emails. I am very disappointed in the very poor service and cannot buy nor recomend your products without this issue being resolved. Please respond and address my issue.

I love this bag! It is put together perfectly. Quality is out of this world. So stylish.

Bag is made well and looks like the pictures. However, it is very heavy and bulky. I t also has very little space inside. I’m going to gift mine to someone who might not mind having a big , heavy ball on her hip with capacity for only a few items.

The key chain was not included in the package and I still haven’t received it.

I have not received my bag. It’s been at least 6 months. Time to make a report.

Much larger than I expected, but gorgeous & well made. May I suggest you make the same bag 1/2 the size and a flat leather on the side that rests on our body? 1/2 beatle bag. Of course, I expect lifelong supply of bags in all colors for my design suggestion. 😍
