Love!

I honestly expected more from this product because of all the amazing reviews I seen. Unfortunately it is just like any other clay mask. It promotes that you will say “goodbye to make up” but it did nothing special. I was really excited for this new product. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s amazing. I’ve been using it for three weeks now & haven’t notice any difference except some drying. .

Order incomplete and NO response to my email regarding same. As much as I like the products, I won’t order again.

I’ve tried this mask twice over the past two weeks, and unfortunately both times it gave me a rash. I wasn’t sure at first if it was the cause, but after the second time it was clear. It’s disappointing because the product is quite expensive, and I was really hoping it would work for me.

This product does not make your skin glow.

Overall I love this face mask! I’ve only used it a couple times, but it works great on my sensitive skin! The cloth the set comes with also works very well! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I ordered the whole set, but I did not receive the key that was supposed to come with it.

Quick customer respond and resolution of issues

Missing the tube tightening mechanism. That’s why I rated it a four but so far. I like the product and I’ve only used it three times, so I am waiting for more results as I’ve seen results. Thus far.

Helps balance out my combination skin when I have acne flare ups or just feeling a little dull. Can be a little drying but if I use hyaluronic acid prior to applying, I have more even results.
