no problem with this order, my previous order was a fiasco. not the fault of Artist Guitars but with their courier Parcel Force 48. my item was mis directed to the wrong sorting hub, had to be re directed & didn't arrive until a full seven days after i ordered it. having been half way across the country.

Received this well in advance of the quoted date. I was on holiday at the time, so it was nice to come back to!

Terrible rough fret edges Terrible intanation Crap strings Plastic nut Loose trem spring retainer Loose tuners. This would have been a big unplayable disappointment to any young budding guitarist. I can see why it was returned. Shame it was then sent out again being this bad. After a few hours on it I have; Replaced nut with bone. Reworked frets and filed edges. Tightened everything that was loose. Re strung with Ernie ball 9's. Adjusted intanation and truss rod. It now plays well and action is low and fast. If I wasn't capable of making this guitar playable it would definitely of gone back. Now it is set up how it should have been, it is a great value shredder.

Guitar is brilliant, very comfortable to play. Hardware is solid, although the paint is not perfect, I would still argue this is one of the best guitar for money

Delivered faster than the predicted time and communications were excellent. Wouldn. t hesitate to to use again.
