Shipping was botched by Amazon, who Anker uses and refuses to ship via FedEx, UPS, or even USPS. Anker doesn't actually answer their customer service phone number, so that's unhelpful. I ended up eventually getting it resolved but it took about ten days of slow emails. All in all I would recommend against ever ordering directly from Anker. Their products are usually good, but just order it through Amazon, because their support and logistics team is abysmal.
