My return flight from my
My return flight from my shoot was delayed 5 hours making it impossible to return my rental on time. After awaking the next day and realizing it was gonna be late, I communicated the circumstances to lensretals and they were completely understanding and reasonable regarding my return. It's very refreshing in a world full of corporate BS to encounter a company that hasn't lost its humanity to policies and procedures. Ordering was simple and straight forward. Communication was clear. Great experience and will rent from again!

I like this service i would defintly rent some stuff again. I wish you would have some astraophotography equipment as well. The only downside was the UPS brought the item very late night (about10:30 - 11:00 pm) despite it was promised until 5 pm and I had to take a half day off to sighn for it. I wish it could be setup to be delivered after working hours or in a weekend. Thank you, I look foerward to try some other great lenses.
