Compression is very good. The silicone band at the top tends to roll a little, but the hose generally stayed up. For comfort, in the future, I would probably buy the full pantyhose instead of the thigh highs.

This is my second attempt at a thigh high (first attempt felt too tight around my thigh), and I am impressed! These stay put, they energize my entire leg and feel so smooth. And AW customer service is great. Very difficult to shop online for a support product, but their sizing guide and return policy have worked well for me. I've rarely returned a product, but when needed, it's been a smooth process.
