I've been waiting since September for my custom shift knob and I still don't have it. Your employees are very friendly but I would appreciate it if I would get my product on the date that was promised.

I ordered my shifter knob and transfer case knob with custom engraving as well as two adapters. The knobs came in quickly and looked great. One of the adapters was back ordered. I called and was told it would be at least six weeks. I told them I needed it to finish the truck. The guy told me they had some of my adapters in a multi pack and maybe they could open a pack and get me mine. He transferred me to someone else to ask for this service. Five weeks later still no adapter.

The knob turned out great way better than I was expecting

Had difficulty ordering correct adaptor for my Tacoma gear shift knob. I was taken care of promptly and correct part sent to me free of charge. I'm very happy with the product and the service.

What a great selection and courteous service I've received from American Shifter. Souping up a Fiat, you don't have much to choose from, but American Shifter provides me with many options and I have fun doing it.

Even though I ran into a couple of fit and finish issues with my original order, I'm still willing to give 'em five stars because of the no-b.s., quick follow-up and resolution to the concerns I raised. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect - it's how you make things right that really matters (and these guys did it right)!

I ordered one for my 79F250 4x4 retro blue metallic with the black shift pattern and one for my transfer case in the same color both with the 3/8x24 thread adapter kit. I love them they look really cool and good quality. I would recommend buying to anyone.

Came in the mail quickly, I love the size and feel as well as the vintage look of the shift knob. Only problem was the aluminum insert threading was loose and would turn when I tightened the knob all the way. A little Gorilla glue later and I am on my way though. Thanks guys -Tucker

The Shifter Knob I bought a couple of weeks ago looks and feels great... unfortunately it is just a paper weight right now because the adapter for my Honda is backordered and not expected in for another 2 weeks at least... bummer.... D
