I ordered some items from American Shifter and they sent one wrong item. I called them and they insisted it was their fault. We got it worked out and I can tell you this company takes care of their customers. Great job and highly recommend!

This site is a scan. They don't post bad comments so it looks like their shifter is good when it's really garbage. I posted multiple bad reviews they didn't show up I read about other people having the same problem. My shifter won't shift gears and American shifter company won't help me or refund. What a joke. Worst shifter I've ever bought. And this site is a scam. Should be illegal to only put the 5 star comments up

I don't normally do this but the service was impressive. Felt like I was talking to a buddy. There was a small mixup and it was resolved immediately no questions asked. What more could you ask for? Great products and great customer service. Keep up the good work!

This is suppose to be a one star review, but it wont show up on the website unless i give 4 stars. Please read: I ordered the knob based on the feedback seen on this website and it started with no response for 2 weeks. I sent an email about this order and was told the machine was down. I had no issues with this and proceeded to wait for my order to ship. I finally received the knob and the print was defective. I wasn't happy about this and emailed about the issue. I was sent another which was nice, the print looked good, but the knob looked used and was full of scratches. I'm tired of playing the game of quality chance and decided to deal with my losses. If you don't care about price ($100!!!), quality or satisfaction, buy away. If your like me and want your moneys worth, look elsewhere.

Though I was not able to get the Custom work that I was looking for due to their equipment limitations, They gave it a shot and when they were unsuccessful I receive a full refund and their sincere apologies. Throughout the whole process customer service was there to support me in answered questions and do their best to meet my expectations.

Race did an outstanding job helping an old lady navigate the ordering. I think that paying for three day shipping was a rip-off as it took a couple of days longer and missed husbands actual birthday. Please check your shipping records and delivery records. Any refund on the shipping would be appreciated.
