A good store, prices are even a little lower than others, there are often promotions and discounts, a very large selection of brands! In 2018, when I made my first order on Alyaka, I received 5 free samples and these were very expensive brands! Now, Unfortunately, only your order arrives and that’s it! But the buyer is so pleased to find another small trifle in his parcel in the form of a sample of cosmetics!

Brilliant products and quick delivery

I received 2 out of the 3 products I ordered quite quickly, however, have now been left waiting on news on when to expect the remaining product. Despite emailing twice to get an update I've yet to receive a response.

Great choice of products, often hard to source in UK. First time using this company and there was a lack of communications regarding the delivery which took well over a week, not the 2-3 days advertised. Although I wrote to customer service and used the online tool there was no response to update me. Also when you spend a high value on a product its usually accompanied by the gesture of a free sample or you can see care has been taken in the packing. It felt that it had been thrown in a box with some foam cushions rather like an amazon order. So 5* for product, 3* for experience with this company.

I have purchased Mahalo Winter Grace Balm and it is absolutely wonderful product, I have fallen in love after first use. The only thing is that the best before date or use within after opening is nowhere to be found. I checked the box, the packaging, nothing. I’m glad the balm is only 15 ml
