Went to DMV and found out I no longer had insurance due to a letter that was sent to me and I didn't see it because I put my mail away and I paid through bill pay. It was due to my sister being sick and me being the only one there for her right now. I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to see if they will reinstate me back on my insurance. I asked if they would give me a grace period because I always pay on time and never have been late all these years. I am so devastated and cannot believe this happened to me because I've been with him for many years and I've enjoyed my insurance. I will see what they can do for me when I hear back from them between 24 to 48 hours I was told.
