This review is for Lalynn Montante of Mercury (AIS). I contacted Mercury (AIS) for a auto and home insurance quote. I compared with 5 other insurance companies and AIS had the best balance of affordability and coverage. Lalynn was easy to work with, patient and talked me through the options available to me for my quote and made the process a breeze for a neanderthal like myself to complete and understand. At the end of the quote I wanted to move forward and received all my documents. She also assisted in canceling my home insurance policy and explained the next steps since this was tied to an escrow account.
