Hello There, A skincare order (#138483) was received without a seal - leaving it open to question as to whether the full price paid was justifiable. Resolution is challenging because the company's email address is not valid. The online form is accompanied by error messages. A refund of the debit card will be sought via my bank.

Very disappointed with this store. Bought a Mont Blanc legend perfume few days ago and the delivery partner (Amazon Shipping) that was used by Active care store left the envelope under a stairway instead of my door....2 mins after delivery when I went to check the item was not in the envelope, it had been stolen. It felt very deliberate. I have reached out to Active care store to at least look into this and they claim it has nothing to do with them as long as package shows delivered. Careful if you're planing to buy with this store as your item could end up stolen or undelivered like mine.

No product and no refund...Placed an order a month ago with no email confirmation, continue to reach customer service thru email, who kept asking for order number which I dont have because an email was never sent like it says in their terms of service statement. I filed a complaint with BBB whom they have ignored. Reported to the scammers reviews as well.
