I ordered a decent amount of plugs and housings for my place of business, and they were exactly what I needed and were sent in an impressively timely manner. The only thing I think could be improved is if they were able to send some form of more detailed documentation on how to use the lock plugs and the removal key. It was intuitive enough to figure out eventually, but the documentation attached to the removal key could be confusing for someone who has never used Timberline products. I know that addition can be a hassle, so maybe make an option to include the documentation on the checkout screen or append the documentation in the confirmation email. Just an idea. Will definitely recommend the site to anyone needing hardware.

We added a cabinet in our kitchen and of course wanted to match existing knobs that were installed 20 years ago. After much surfing the internet, I landed at your site for an exact match in design and close enough match to the finish. Glad you were there for me. The delivery was exceptional.

Good materials, fair pricing, and fine shipping time. The website lacks detailed information on the product and provides minimal installation instructions. The website offered a discount to sign up, which I did, but I never received a discount code. Possibly, because my phone number was a landline, and maybe they sent a text. I received an email welcoming me, but without a discount code.

It’s great to have a supplier of how-to-find parts and equipment.

I would like to update a previous review on 2 trash bins made to fit in a drawer, that did not fit. I could not locate the bottom bin measurements online so I took a chance that if the 35 qt were too large, the 30 qt should fit. But they were a different shape and did not fit at all. Returning them would have cost more than the value of the trash bins, so I kept them even though I did not need them at all. Wwhardware just proved that they have excellent customer service, and refunded me for the bins. I will be donating the bins to Habitat for Humanity. Thanks so much, Linda Finkelstein

Customer Service was GREAT. I had no clue which part to order as there were 3 sizes and the choices looked identical. Customer service had me measure and when I called in with the results, they told me I needed the 3 mm. When the parts arrived, I successfully attached the hardware and then attached the door to the frame. I still can't believe how nice it looks. . I did have to turn adjustment screws, but I did this with trial & error going the wrong direction first and then going the opposite way.
