I got a new laundry room faucet and wanted eleven new cabinet pulls to match. I ordered just one to see how the finish looked "in person" (excellent match) and if the screws fit the holes already in my cabinet doors (perfectly) so then I ordered a box of ten at a price savings. I'm very pleased with the contemporary style, color/finish, price, foam padded and double-boxed packing, and the quick delivery.

A little persistent in the requests for review, but other than that, great, fast service at an amazing price on hinges I couldn't match anywhere else.

I don’t write reviews often because customer service in most companies is deplorable. However , you gentlemen have hired a gem. Paul Schonbaum exceeds all criteria for his position. When personnel does that, he or she must receive a higher salary or given a higher position because his skills are way beyond 5 ratings. Anyone with supervisory skills must know that. Kudos to you for employing him. Now Supervisor, do your thing.

Its not so much about the hardware as it is the people. You provide excellent hardware, but I made some calculation mistakes and had to switch to a different combination using Blum hardware. It all works very well now, but I want to heap a ton of praise upon your customer support team. All of them. They were all very nice and knowledgeable, and patient to work so hard for an obviously low $ volume customer like me. Paul was fantastic in working with me and my inability to do an accurate overlay, and he patiently put me on the right track. The project is a success, and I thank you all for your efforts. You are a fixture in my contact list, so we shall talk again.
