I purchased an item that was damaged. I contacted WH via email and received a reply from Paul. He worked with me to get a new part and he did it quickly. I appreciated that he had me try the part before replacing because I don't like to waste things if I don't have to. Ultimately I did need a new one and Paul got one right out to me. Perfect replacement for broken ones, took a little long to receive but there was a major snow storm for USPS to deal with, wasn't a big deal for me. Price was great compared to local hardware stores which would have to order also.
