Exceptionally fast delivery.

I ordered online, but beforehand I went to the popup store in Toronto to try on a few models, and double check for fit. I do not know the name of the Wuxly representative who assisted but he was nice in helpful explaining about the different styles (slim fit, etc) and features (pockets, etc). I will note that in the store I initially struggled a lot with the double zipper- they are great!- but since I was not use to it was a struggle, and while the representative did encourage me to feel free to pull down firmly it took me a while- for other visitors to the store who struggle like me I would suggest the representative to specify they need to pull down on the bottom zipper firmly (I was initially just pulling on the top one and this was not effective on getting the zipper to engage). I looked into Wuxly because it is a vegan brand, I am satisfied with the 3 items I purchased they look nice, are of good quality and feel good- Thank you!

The service in their Queen st location was exceptional! Instead of trying to sell you something, they educate you on the product and company’s mission, which sells itself!
