Jacket came in as promised.

I ordered online and received my parka in just three days. When it was a little large and I wanted to return it, I went directly to the store in Toronto and it took only a few moments to get the right size. Very helpful individual in the store and I had the opportunity to view several other products that I will add to my wardrobe.

Fantastic staff, extremely helpful fitting and hand delivered to my hotel ahead of my arrival.
