I needed to replace my 10” chefs knife and my 6” fillet knife due to the handles developing cracks. I called Wusthof and they guided me through the process for warranty. I sent my knives off to the company and within 3 weeks Wusthof honored their warranty and sent me a gift card with enough money to purchase both knives. I had my new knives within one week. Thank you Wusthof!! A great company!!

The handle had cracked a few years ago, but I continued to use. Not really sure what happened because I take very good care of my knives. I never put in the dishwasher, hand wash and dry and always store on a knife block. The crack had recently become larger and the handle was starting to break down so I sent it back for a warranty claim and got it replaced. Very pleased with the process.
