Very sharp and comfortable

for a brand that might want to look good, your shipping method is on par with chinese cheap widgets (which get there faster). Plus you charge a miserable fee for a spend of hundreds of Euro on luxury objects. Quite ridiculous bean counter attitude.

Very unusually the blade of my Wusthof IKON 6 shattered into two parts when it fell onto the floor -I'd owned it for 3-4 years. Wusthof customer service was fantastic and on sight of a photo of the broken blade, they very quickly replaced it with a new one at no cost. Thank you so much! Delighted with the replacement which is as perfect as the previous one!
