These knives are a step above any I’ve ever used before. The quality is evident as soon as you receive them. The blades are so sharp, our old Sabatier set was really shown up the minute we started to use them. Customer service is also exceptional, quick to reply and customer coming first is definitely at the forefront of their policy.
