I like the website. I wasn't sure what type of knife I needed and so the knife selection tool was pretty helpful. I put a lot of data in and ran the tester a few times before making a decision. Shipping and delivery was good. In the UK there has to be an adult over 18 to accept delivery, which is fair enough considering what's in the box. Packaging was premium. Really happy customer overall.
