Did not receive my orders (ordered with 3-day shipping) for nearly a month. Long after the products were needed. Thankfully I can use them for future events, but I will not be using your company again.

our custom wristbands came out amazing! We've used this site for so many years for our wristbands and it's quality all the way!

We received notification that order was on its way--though it arrived in time, we were not notified that it would be only half of our order and we needed everything within the following three days. After 2 days of communication, we learned that they were out of stock of the item, but were willing to overnight. They did that, however, it did not arrive--we were told it go held up in customs--I wish they had communicated more clearly. We ended up buying something inferior at a party store -- the order showed up 6 days later:(

I had difficulty on line placing my order so I called the 800 number. A very helpful young woman walked me thru it with compassion and expertise. The bands are for my husbands celebration of life service-18 months after he died of COVID 19. She promised she would make sure the order was correct and on time. I received my order promptly which was a huge relief! I highly recommend your company, the product, and the people who are working for you. Truly-thank you.

Have done business with you for years. Our first issue arises and you do not take accountability for it. We have gone back and forth with your customer service team. First we were told yes it very clearly was an error and would be fixed, next day we were told now you decided it wasn’t.

We were very pleased with our order. Next year we will be riding a variety of wristbands for our rodeo event. Orders are processed quickly and are received in about a week to 10 days when you use standard delivery which is nice when you’re on a deadline.

I ordered these wristbands believing they would be delivered the next day. after waiting two days, I called to find out they were unavailable. Why didn't the website state that BEFORE I placed the order?

We had a terrible experience with our last order. We made an order and paid for quick shipping, and wristbands.com delayed and did not ship it out.
