WRS loves rugby.

I never received my package. I called FedEx three times and they told me it was an invalid address, although previous orders from world rugby shop have been sent to the exact same address. Obviously the FedEx ground driver was incompetent to say the least. FedEx has shipped my order back to world rugby shop and I have requested a refund. Hopefully they’re more efficient of that than they are at sending me my order.

What’s with the collar?? The collar no longer lays flat after 3 days worn. It has gained these weird crinkles. See photo. Tried to use a low heat iron on it but that had no effect. I’m concerned I might make things worse if I use higher heat. Is this normal? I can’t believe this is normal. What do I do to prevent it? How do I fix this?
