Great quality, easy to deal with.

I recently ordered a custom range hood and could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship. The hood is beautifully made - fabricated as designed, high quality material, and expertly welded seams. Customer service maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Installation was fairly easy for our contractor, but preparing for installation was a bit trickier. This was his first time working with a CopperSmith hood design, and install guides did not always provide the level of detail he needed. He was in direct contact with the company who helped to the extent possible. It’s only because of the install that I did not give a full 5-stars, but the hood is definitely a full 5-star quality!

The ordering process with CopperSmith was made simple by their website which enabled us to visualize our hood while picking from hundreds of options. We can’t wait for its arrival!

Was hesitant because I’m nowhere close to be able to see these in a showroom. Man are we glad we ordered one anyway. Awesome quality and attention to detail!
