I've been buying my dog food here since 2018, and i'm always really happy with my orders, flawless deliveries', they always follow instructions perfectly. I would not consider buying elsewhere, its too easy with Wooftown

Service response is always very timely and acts upon request immediately. Delivery is always as stated. Never an issue. Great job!

very good

I love your services very easy and fast thank you

The package was eventually received, but it was initially delivered to the wrong address and the delivery photo was not my door. There was also no clear update or apology afterward. I may order again because Wooftown carries products I need, but I’m concerned about future deliveries being sent to the wrong address. Please improve delivery accuracy and follow-up communication.

Efficient as always!

fantastic customer service

Always delivers to my apartment which I appreciate. I've been using your service since 2020 and such a godsend!

Good selection and friendly knowledgeable staff. You also build money off points fast!

Jamie does a great job with Lola’s grooming. She follows my request for style - Lola is a Whoodle.

We’ve been ordering dog food deliveries from this company for quite some time and have always had a great experience. Recently, there was an issue with a very late delivery, and the store handled the matter extremely professionally and promptly. They took the concern seriously, followed up thoroughly, and kept us informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and accountability — it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Love Wooftown! They have great quality products and fast shipping. Thank you.

Excellent

My dog will never go hungry. Overnight delivery, carefully placed on the table beside my door.

Quick delivery

Great service.

They went out of their way to order food for my puppy which they normally don’t have! They’re wonderful!

Absolutely excellent delivery, well packaged, and the delivery staff used my condo's delivery package system so there were no hitches and I knew my package would be safe till I got home.
